The sun was shining and the weather cool on the first Saturday in October – good enough for a run to Patrick Creek for RVC members. Four Corvettes and a Cadillac drove in the sunshine to California for lunch at the Lodge. Guests Virginia and Morris Chamberlain joined Dave and Linda Guches, Joe and Dianne Sheldon, Gioia and Paul Uhlenkott, Bob and Mary Kush and Lori Hale.

Conversation was lively as we learned that Morris and Virginia were owners of their 9^th Corvette – they did reveal that there were some earlier ones they wished they held on to. We also became aware of how much Dave and Paul have in common regarding their culinary choices.

We were the only guests at the Lodge so were were able to sit, relax and chat.

A good time was had by all and we were able to make it back before the rain came.
