Indy has its Michael Andretti, Tony Kanaan and Helio Castroneves…

AND NOW, RVC has its own "racing team"…Werner Kraatz, Bob Kush and son, Brad, Jim Pack, Tony Wiggins and Dan Baker..!!!

These drivers ran the Go-Cart course at Jackson County Sports Park on Monday, 10/5, first in 50 mph carts…"getting the feel for the track". They ran 2 and 3 at a time, then graduated into the fast 70 mph carts, streaking thru the turns like "Top Gun" pilots, pulling negative "G’s" similar to a roller coaster ride and "punching" it on the straightaways to the maximum.

The only "casualties" worth mentioning were a pair of broken glasses (Bob) and "burn holes" in the back of Jim’s jacket from hot exhaust pipes.

Terri Kraatz and Lori Hale were in the viewing stands cheering them all on as they jockeyed for position. Nobody won, and nobody lost, but everyone had a good time…!!

What’s next for this RVC "race team"???? ‘NASCAR"??? "LEMANS SERIES"??? "INDY RACING LEAGUE"??? or perhaps "DANCING WITH THE STARS"????
