Rogue Valley Classic Chevy Club annually hosts a Fall Colors Run in October. This year joining them were cars from Rogue Valley Street Rods, Mustang Club, and RVC Members. In total there were between 60 – 70 beautiful cars.
On Saturday, October 24th, we all met at the Safeway on Williams Highway at 9 AM where we learned that we would be heading to the Applegate Valley to visit 5 wineries. Since the wineries didn’t open until 11, we “hung around” and talked to other car enthusiasts.
The run included a Poker Hand where we drew cards by throwing darts at a 52 card target. Many of us found out that we really needed to practice our dart throwing skills.
We first visited The Academy then on to Bridgeview, Troon, Rosellas and ended up at Schmidt where we enjoyed our picnic lunches. After an enjoyable meal, many of the RVC members went to Valley View Winery, sat out on their patio and continued to enjoy the nice fall ay and great companionship.
